What is the ear lobe rejuvenation treatment?
Some of our clients feel their ear lobes have been left deflated after years of wearing heavy ear rings. This is all a normal part of facial ageing.
Thankfully we can treat ‘deflation’ with dermal fillers injected into the ear lobe that last 9-12 months. Typically, our patients would have this treatment after they have treated the other areas of their face. This treatment is icing on the cake. It is important to remember the backs of the hands, the neck and the ear lobes are all a part of a full rejuvenation.

How does the treatment work?
Dermal fillers are applied to the ear lobe area in a sequence that achieves volume and symmetry. After your treatment plan is agreed upon, our healthcare practitioner will administer the dermal fillers. The good news is that they contain anaesthetic for maximum comfort.

What can I expect on the day after treatment?
As with all injection treatments there may be some redness in the area of injection for an hour or so. Bruising is always a minor risk when having injectable treatments, you can minimise this risk by avoiding alcohol, omega 3 products and anti-inflammatory drugs for 24 hours before your treatment. It is possible you may experience some swelling for 48 hours to one week. We will discuss all these points at your appointment.
What can I expect from the treatment overall?
Dermal fillers in the ear lobes should restore the natural volume of the area and reduce the toll from years of wearing heavy earrings. This treatment also brings balance to the whole face and remains a popular treatment in Europe.
