Everybody knows that it is important to look after your face. Let’s be honest; if you are reading this blog then you probably take it very seriously.

Unfortunately, your face is not the only part of your body that can show signs of ageing. Our old friend the sun can unleash a barrage of free radicals in your skin that can cause sunspots and damage collagen cells which leads to sagging skin.

  1. Décolletage (upper chest)- This area isn’t too much of a concern for men, but thanks to women’s fashion, it is one of the most prominent areas where women show signs of ageing.
  2. Hands- The skin on your hands is extremely thin and is very prone to developing deep lines and sunspots.
  3. Neck- Most people who wear sunscreen on a daily basis (good job) almost always stop at the jaw line. Neglect this area and you will look a bit strange with a youthful face, but a sagging neck.
  4. Lips- Prolonged exposure to the sun will leave your lips dry and cracked leading to thinning lips as wells as lines around the mouth.
